We at Heartrunner are proud to present the very first issue of Civil Resilience Journal, the first of many to come. Our work alerting volunteers to cardiac arrests and other time-critical emergencies gave us the idea to create the world’s first journal dedicated to civil resilience: the people, technology and research that help improve the outcome when every second counts. It gathers knowledge, research, real experiences and technical innovation from across the field to inform and inspire others. Together, we can make communities safer and better prepared for when the unthinkable happens. Over time, we’ll publish the articles here and on LinkedIn one at a time, so no one misses out.
