The Heartrunner system can be used for any time-critical event

With over 15 years of experience mobilizing volunteer responders in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests, we have expanded our expertise into new domains. Our platform is optimized to support various time-critical events, delivering a reliable and efficient system across diverse scenarios.
In the event of a fire
A Swedish fire department, Räddningstjänsten Väst, was the first to implement our system to alert volunteer responders to fires. Every fire begins small, and a rapid response can significantly influence the outcome. The system aims to alert nearby civilians, acting as good neighbors rather than specialized responders, to intervene early. For the fire department, the goal is for volunteer responders to act in every case before their teams arrive. What began as a pilot project in 2023 has evolved into a full-scale service, fostering a thriving volunteer community dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
In the event of distress at sea
In collaboration with the Swedish insurance company Trygg-Hansa and the fire department Räddningstjänsten Väst, we are conducting a pilot project addressing incidents in coastal areas. Covering these areas presents unique challenges, and our initiative enables volunteer responders to provide initial assistance, securing people and property while awaiting professional support.
