We need to talk more about the heart, cardiac arrests, AEDs and citizen responders

Get involved and help highlight these important issues. We are grateful for any and all awareness that can be raised around matters of the heart. We are happy to provide facts, information and research on our area and our important contacts. You are more than welcome to share our materials just so long as you reference Heartrunner Sweden.

Do you need a short blurb about us? Feel free to use the following:

Heartrunner Sweden connects people who suffer a suspected cardiac arrest with nearby AEDs and volunteers with CPR skills. The system and app are owned, operated and developed by Heartrunner Sweden, which is in turn owned by Karolinska Institutet Holding AB, Everbridge Norway and the researchers behind the idea. Our system helps people who suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest to increase their chances of survival. By engaging a chain of support that involves citizens, we can help save lives while the ambulance is on its way.
